Whitaker accepts returns on purchases for 7 days after your order is received.

Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning their rug and any necessary packaging.

Whitaker will accept returns for damaged items if a request is made within 7 days of receiving the product. Whitaker will replace the order or refund the purchase and pay for any return shipping charges.
