Whitaker Rugs strives to offer a wide range of products to our customers. New rug designs are regularly added to our collection. Be sure to check our website every few weeks to see if we have added a product that better fits your needs. If you cannot find the design you are looking for, feel free to contact our team using our Contact page and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
The images displayed on our website show the most accurate color possible. Differences in your screen settings may cause variation between the image and the product. Additionally, each product, especially natural fiber, is unique. It is common to have slight color variation across rugs. If you are worried your rug may not be the exact color you desire, we are happy to send you a rug sample free of charge. Please navigate to our Contact page if you believe your rug was not the correct color.
Rug sizes can slightly vary from published dimensions. Whitaker Rugs strives to provide accurate rug measurements, but please be advised that some variation exists within rug sizing. Rug dimensions may vary up to 4% due to manufacturing processes. This variance is an industry standard figure. You cannot cancel your order once it has been processed. Rugs are eligible for return up to 7 days after receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and packaging.

Rug sprouts are common, especially in natural fiber products. Loose fibers, or sprouts, can be removed using small scissors. Avoid pulling the sprouts, as this can damage the rug.
All rugs shed. Certain materials, such as wool, shed more than others. Shedding will subside over time, especially with regular vacuuming.
Fading is a common occurrence in rugs. Rugs should be rotated every 3-6 months to avoid uneven coloration.

Facebook Pixel
A Facebook Pixel is a tiny piece of java script code that we have incorporated into each of our web pages. This piece of code provides a series of functions for transmitting application-specific events and user-defined data to Facebook. We use pixels to record information about the way visitors use our website. For this reason, each of our web pages contains a remarketing pixel. This pixel records information about the user’s browser sessions, which it sends to Facebook, along with a hashed version of the Facebook ID and the URL viewed.
