Refund policy

For standard sizes, Whitaker Rugs accepts returns for 7 days after your order is received. Custom orders cannot be returned unless the product is damaged.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. We do not accept exchanges.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any necessary packaging.

Damaged items: if your rug arrives damaged, contact us immediately at help@whitakerrug.com, and within 7 days of receiving the product. We will replace the order or refund the purchase and pay the return shipping charges.

Rug dimensions may vary up to 4% from published dimensions due to manufacturing processes; this industry-standard variance is not a defect. Slight color variation, especially in natural fiber, is likewise inherent to the product.
