Custom sizes, samples and ordering

Enter the dimensions, up to 13 by 40 feet, and choose the edge finish on this page: Serged to Match, the default, or a cotton or Sunbrella binding. Each rug is cut, serged or bound, and finished to order in Charleston. For a notched cut, a wall-to-wall fit or another unusual shape, send the workroom a dimensioned plan first. A 1/4-inch indoor rug pad can be added to the order.

Approved trade customers can order up to five rug swatches free of charge, with $10 shipping. Read the sisal instructions in the Care Guide before specifying. Like the other natural fiber rugs, it is not suitable for a covered porch or any other outdoor setting.

Orders usually ship in 3–5 weeks. Transit time is additional.
Custom sizes are not returnable except for damage, which must be reported within seven days of receipt. See shipping and returns.

Care

Vacuum on low suction with no beater bar, in the direction of the weave. Blot spills at once with a clean, dry cloth, outside in, and never rub. Natural fiber is susceptible to staining, so speed matters.
